Nikola Stanojević (born March 11, 1988) is a Serbian footballer who plays with Hamilton City SC of the Canadian Soccer League.
Playing career
Stanojević began his career in 2007 in the Serbian First Division with FK Srem. During his time in the First Division he played with FK Sloboda Užice, FK Mladi Radnik, and OFK Mladenovac.[1] In 2012, he went overseas to Canada to sign with London City of the Canadian Soccer League.[2][3] In 2013, he signed with expansion franchise Burlington SC.[4][5] In 2014, he was awarded the CSL Defender of the Year award.[6] In 2015, he returned to Europe to sign with FK Napredak Kruševac. In 2016, he returned to Canada to sign with Hamilton City SC.[7]
