Norman Wielsch
Norman Wielsch was the Central Contra Costa County California Narcotic Enforcement Team (CNET) Commander.[1] Wielsch is now an inmate at USP Lompoc, serving a 14-year sentence.[2] His inmate number is 16105-111.
