North Clay High School, also called Louisville-North Clay or just Louisville, is a public high school serving students in grades 9-12 in northern Clay County, Illinois, USA. It is the only high school in the North Clay Unit School District #25.
Mission statement
North Clay High School exists to serve and educate all students in grades 9 through 12 with a safe learning environment. Students will become responsible for their own learning and take charge of their own education. Students will determine their learning goals and acknowledge problems that are meaningful to their future success. We believe that the educational system, including technology, should provide each student with an opportunity to develop to his or her fullest capacity in the areas of mental, physical and emotional needs.
Athletics
The school offers baseball (fall and spring), Girls softball, volleyball, Boys and Girls basketball, cross country and golf. The school competes in the IHSA as part of the Midland Trail conference.
