Occlusion training
Occlusion training may have the following meanings.
In ophthalmology, optometrics and vision therapy:
- Alternating occlusion training using shutter goggles that feature a rapid flicker rate
- Therapeutic wearing of eye patches such as to alternate (for example on a daily basis) between both eyes
In sports training:
- Vascular occlusion training, an exercise method involving vasculature compression
