Offender Aid and Restoration

Offender Aid and Restoration (OAR) is an organization that started in Richmond, Virginia, USA, in 1974, devoted to helping those who have been imprisoned to gain and maintain employment. OAR has been assisting inmates and ex-offenders since 1974. OAR offers community-managed programs in Arlington, Alexandria, Jefferson and Falls Church aimed at restoring offenders to the community as productive and responsible citizens.
