The Old-House Journal is an American magazine that specializes in information about the restoration of old houses. Its first issue was published in 1973 as a small pamphlet but later became a nationally published glossy magazine.[1] The magazine is part of Active Interest Media[2] and is jointly published by Active Interest Media and Home Buyer Publications.[3] It has its headquarters in Chantilly, Virginia.[3]
