One Morning Left is a Finnish metalcore band founded in 2008 with Mika Lahti in lead vocals. The band's music is mixed with screamo, dance and at times melodic elements. The band enjoys popularity in Finland and has also toured Germany and Russia. They have released two albums in addition to EPs.

Their first full album, The Bree-TeenZ, was released on 24 August 2011 by Spinefarm Records. Their second album, Our Sceneration, got recorded during the summer of 2012, but was released at 22 February 2013.

Interrupting the recording of their second album, One Morning Left's keyboardist Veli-Matti Kananen got stabbed. The crime happened on June 2012 at Lapinlahti. Veli-Matti was moved to Kuopio's academic hospital and has made it through the injuries.

On 26 May 2013, the band informed on their official Facebook page that the bass guitarist Tuomas Teittinen has left the band. Reasons for leaving the band said to be the lack of motivation.

In the spring of 2014 drummer and clean vocalist Tomi Takamaa announced that he had left the band. Shortly after the band would announce that their new drummer is Niko Hyttinen, who has formerly played in bands like Cold Cold Ground and Snow White's Poison Bite. They also announced that the clean vocals and second guitar would be played by Leevi Luoto from band called ARF.

One Morning Left is currently writing new material for their upcoming third studio album.

On December 16th, 2015, the band announced that they had been dropped from Spinefarm and signed with American-based label Imminence Records for the North American and Oceania terrorties. They also announced the release of their third album, Metalcore Superstars, for January 22nd, 2016.
