Out of Misery was the first EP from New Jersey metal quintet God Forbid, originally released in 1998 through 9 Volt Records. It was re-released in 2001 on We Put Out Records, featuring five live bonus tracks and the addition of "N2" as the first track. God Forbid own the master tapes and were able to release it by themselves outside of their deal with Century Media.
