Ozan Özerk

Ozan Özerk (born in 1979) is a Norwegian medical doctor and entrepreneur of Turkish Cypriot descent. His father, Kamil Özerk, is a professor at the University of Oslo.

He studied medicine at the University of Oslo between 2002 and 2008. In 2002, he was a co-founder of Norsk Ideutvikling, which in 2005 created the social networking site Biip.no. Today the site has over 430,000 members, and was sold in 2008 to an estimated valuation of +100 million krone.[1] to Egmont and Nettavisen t.[2][3][4] He is also a board member of the listed company Cellpoint Connect, Yes Games and several other national and international companies. In 2010 - 2011, he worked at Narvik Hospital.
