The PEARL Institute of Management and Information Technology,[1] foundation stone was laid down in June 1999 to address the severe lack of professional and technical skills in Quetta, which is a result of the low level literacy in this capital city of Balochistan. PEARL has network of campuses in the town to collaborate and share resources with other educational institutions in Quetta List of educational institutions in Quetta District located in the city area of Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.[2] It cooperates with the Virtual University of Pakistan,[3] University of Balochistan, BBISE, Face to Faith,[4] NAVTTC,[5][6] ABE-UK [7] and British Council IELTS Partnership Programme.[8]

Campuses include those at Alamdar Road, Quetta; Jinnah Town Quetta and Arif Road Quetta
