Padraic Davis was a Gaelic footballer from County Longford. He played with the Longford intercounty team for 12 years from 1995 to 2007. He played club football with Fr Manning Gaels with whom he won 4 Longford Senior Football Championships 3 in a row from 1996–98 and again in 2001. He also played Railway Cup for Leinster from 1998-2004. He was Longfords leading forward for many years in the All-Ireland Senior Football Championship and one of the greatest players the county has ever produced. He won an O'Byrne Cup with Longford in 2000.

After retiring from playing he went into management at inter county level. In 2010 Padraic was the forwards coach to the Longford Minor team which won the Leinster championship. He was Manager of the Longford Under 21 team, which he led to a Leinster Final in 2011, but lost out to Wexford by a point. He was also Longford Junior manager during this time and was a selector with the senior team in 2011,2012 and 2013 winning divison 3 and 4 national league titles in that period.

In 2015 he became manager of Mohill GAA in Co, Leitrim and won the double, Championship and League.
