Pamela Theresa "Pam" Jiles (born February 15, 1954) is an American track and field sprinter who competed in the 400-meter dash. She was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. She was the gold medallist in the 100-meter dash at the 1975 Pan American Games, where she was also the 200-meter dash runner-up.
She competed for the United States in the 1976 Summer Olympics held in Montreal, Canada in the 4 x 400 metres where she won the silver medal with her team mates Debra Sapenter, Sheila Ingram and Rosalyn Bryant.
