Pankaj Agarwal

Pankaj Agarwal (born on 23 February, 1983) is a Creative Leader and is leading a creative lab at Samsung Electronics, where he has been for over a decade. He joined Samsung as a Samsung Global Scholarship Program scholar in 2004. He has an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School, an MS from Seoul National University and a B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, where he received an award for the best undergraduate project in the department of electrical engineering.[1]

Agarwal has been known in Samsung as an innovator and is also called out as a "genius".[2] He was one of the 10 employees selected to meet the Samsung Chairman Lee Kun-hee in September 2012.[3] He is an inventor on over 30 US patent applications many of which have been granted a patent status.[4]

Agarwal is also a trained magician,[5] speaks multiple languages (fluent in Korean) and appeared on a talk show for foreigners in Korea.[6] He is also the founder and President of IIT Alumni Association of South Korea.[7]
