Papoose Lake

Coordinates: 37°06′06″N 115°50′52″W / 37.101741°N 115.847697°W / 37.101741; -115.847697 Papoose Lake is a dry lake bed located in Lincoln County, Nevada, USA.[1] The lake lies within the plot of land referred to as the Groom Lake facility (aka Area 51) and is a restricted area. The lake is located a few miles southwest of the Groom lake facility nestled adjacent the Papoose Range.
