Paseo del Rio de Cagayan
Paseo del Rio de Cagayan is a [1] mixed-use development covering 12.3 hectares that is designed to be pedestrian friendly in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Located along the Cagayan de Oro River.,[2] this newest central business district of the city will consist of office buildings, apartment and residential buildings, mall, convention center, and a hotel-office building. Founded by Zealep Corporation, Paseo del Rio de Cagayan is a brain-child of a world-famous Filipino architect, Jun Palafox. A multilevel mall with a convention center and a high rise hotel are now under construction.
Tenants
- Paseo Mall is a 6-story, high end, shopping mall that will feature three modern cinemas and a 3000-seating capacity state of the art grand plenary hall called Zealep Convention Center. Estimated to have a gross floor area of at least 80,000 square meters, the mall's retail area will also cover the hotel's lower floors composed of three levels. The mall's veranda facing the river will serve as an alfresco area. Slated to open early 2014, Paseo Mall will be the city's additional lifestyle shopping center.[4]
- The Riviera Hotel is an 18-floor, waterfront hotel that will have more than 300 rooms. It will feature an infinity pool and an upscale helipad bar that will be a night life destination.[5]
