Pedro de Arce (1545-October 16, 1645) was the second bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cebu.[1]
Biography
Pedro de Arce was born in Catadiano Spain and ordained a priest in the Order of Saint Augustine.[1]
On June 13, 1604, Pope Paul V appointed him Bishop of Cebu.[1] He was consecrated bishop in 1613 by Diego Vázquez de Mercado, Bishop of the Archdiocese of Manila.[1]
