Peng Liping (born 21 August 1971) is a Chinese female former weightlifter, who competed in the featherweight class and represented China at international competitions. She won the gold medal at the 1988, 1989, 1991 and 1992 World Weightlifting Championships in the 52 kg category.[1] At the 1992 World Weightlifting Championships she set three world records (snatch 87.5 kg, clean & jerk 115.0 kg and total 202.5 kg). She became the IWF World Weightlifter of the Year in 1992.
