Philip Levine is an American politician and businessman. Levine is Mayor of Miami Beach, Florida. He is a member of the Democratic Party. Levine is currently CEO of Royal Media Partners, a media company.

Levine was elected mayor in November 2013 after receiving 50.48% of the vote.[1] He was reelected for mayor in 2015.[2] In 2016, a controversy came to light alleging that Mayor Levine had used his his official position to censor official social media pages by deleting comments questioning his decisions as mayor, in direct contravention of Florida's Sunshine Law.
