Pieter Francis Peters

Pieter Francis Peters (1818–1903) was a Dutch painter who settled in Stuttgart, Germany where he worked for Queen Olga of Württemberg.[1]

Born in the Dutch city of Nijmegen in 1818, he married Heinrike Gertrude Mali with whom he lived in Mannheim, Germany, until 1845 when they moved to Stuttgart. They had three daughters, Anna, Pietronella and Ida, the first and second also became painters.[1]
