Pleasure to Kill is the second studio album by German thrash metal band Kreator, released in November 1986 by Noise Records. The lyrical themes follow those found on their first album Endless Pain. Many death metal bands cite this album as an influence.[2][3][4] Pleasure to Kill is widely considered a thrash classic.[5][6][7] It is also considered a landmark album in the history of thrash metal along with Master of Puppets by Metallica, Peace Sells... but Who's Buying? by Megadeth, Reign in Blood by Slayer, Eternal Devastation by Destruction and Darkness Descends by Dark Angel, all released in 1986.[3]

Pleasure to Kill was well received by the public. On Rate Your Music the album has an average rating of 3.85 of 5, based on more than 2,600 ratings,[8] and on Sputnikmusic the album has an "excellent" average rating of 4.2 of 5, based on more than 700 ratings.[9]
