Poor Richard’s Almanack was the development-title of an unaired American drama television series-pilot by Jim Danger-Grey.[1] The show was probably set to air in the 2016-2017 TV schedule on USA Network,[2] but has been passed on on April 29, 2016 like three other USA Network-pilots, Paradise Pictures[3] The Wilding[4] and Brooklyn Animal Control, with the latter being redeveloped.[5] Shootings for the pilot episode were made in Toronto, Canada in October, 2015.[6] The series is set to be shopped eleswhere by the studio.[7]
Plot
The thriller-drama is set around the lives of people who become the new “Founding Fathers” of America after the country is suffering a total collapse from terrorist attacks. The pilot episode shows two separate arcs, a modern day and a possible future arc, set 15 years later, where some of the protagonists have changed radicaly.

- Harold Perrineau as Matt Monroe, FBI Agent in charge
- Jordan Hayes as Madison Fischer, Darwin's sister, a paranoid schizophrenic[9]
- Lynn Collins as Julia Winslow, a postal worker[10]
- Athena Karkanis as Penny Richards, a surgeon
- Carly Pope as Brooke Beaudine, a local network journalist
- Barbara Eve Harris as Elizabeth Walker, Director of National Intelligence
