Prakash Nikki is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer. He made his breakthrough as a music composer through Rowthiram (2011), where his song "Maalai Mangum Neram" became popular.[1] In 2013, he composed the festival anthem for the 11th Chennai International Film Festival which was sung by Andrea Jeremiah, Vallavan and Yuki. He has since worked on a second movie, the horror-thriller, Kalam (2016).[2][3]
Musical background
Prakash Nikki began learning music at the age of six. He learned Carnatic vocals and completed his western classical and piano studies under the syllabus of Trinity College London.[4]
