Princess Cays is a tourist resort at the southern end of the island of Eleuthera, Bahamas. It is owned by Princess Cruises, who use it as a port-of-call on cruises in the Caribbean. Contrary to the implication of its name, it is located on Eleuthera, rather than on separate islands.

Geography

Princess Cays is located approximately 50 miles (80 km) from Nassau, Bahamas.[1]

Tourism

Visitors can go swimming, kayaking, banana boating, paddle boating, skiing, snorkeling, parasailing, sailboating, or waverunning. There are also volleyball and basketball courts.[1] Cabanas are available for daily rental. English is spoken and US currency is used.[1]

Climate

The island has a tropical climate, with little seasonal variation. The winter temperatures reach about 75 °F (24 °C) degrees in the day. Summer temperatures reach about 80–85 °F (27–29 °C) during the day.[1]
