Prionodraco evansii is a species of Antarctic dragonfish native to the Southern Ocean where it is found at depths of from 70 to 550 metres (230 to 1,800 ft) on the Antarctic continental shelf as well as at the tip of the Antarctic Peninsula and around the South Orkney Islands and the South Shetland Islands. This species grows to a length of 15 centimetres (5.9 in) SL. This species is the only known member of its genus.[1]
