Prof. Sayed Nurul Hasan College, established in 1994, is a general degree college in Murshidabad district. It offers undergraduate courses in arts and sciences. It is affiliated to University of Kalyani.[1] It is named after Professor Sayid Nurul Hasan, a former Governor of West Bengal (1986-89 and 1990-93) and a Union Minister of State (Independent Charges) of Education, Social Welfare and Culture, Government of India (1972-77).
