The Ahanta francolin (Pternistis ahantensis) is a species of bird in the pheasant family, Phasianidae. It is native to Africa, where it occurs in Benin, Ivory Coast, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Senegal, Sierra Leone, and Togo.[1]
