Pullakuttikaran is a 1995 Tamil drama film, written and directed by Parthiban. He stars in the lead role, himself, alongside Sangita, while Prakash Raj and Urvashi portray supporting roles. The music for the film was composed by Deva and the film opened to mixed reviews in July 1995.^[2][3]

Production

Karu Pazhaniappan was introduced as an assistant director through the film.^[4]

Release

The film opened in July 1995 to mixed reviews, and did not perform well at the box office. M. Prabhaharan won the Tamil Nadu State Film Award for Best Art Director for his work in the film, which also marked his debut.^[5][6]
