Pentapadu Pushpavalli, better known as Pushpavalli, was an Indian actress active in Telugu and Tamil films.[2] She was the second romantic interest of Gemini Ganesan. She had two daughters with him, of which the eldest was Rekha.[3] She starred in many films with Ganesan, mostly as his heroine.[4] Her film work includes title roles in Miss Malini (1947), an adaptation of R.K. Narayan's novel Mr. Sampath,[3] and the Telugu film Satyabhama.[5] Pushpavalli died in 1991.
