Rafael Fatkhelyanov (born 15 November 1995) is a Kazakhstani individual and synchronised trampolinist, representing his nation at international competitions. His international debut was at the 2009 Trampoline World Championships. He futhermore competed at world championships, including at the 2014 and 2015 Trampoline World Championships.[1][2]
He began doing gymnastics at age four but soon dropped it, before taking up trampolining when he returned to gymnastics at age 12.

He lives in Karaganda, Kazakhstan]]. He holds the title of Master of Sports of International Class in Kazakhstan.
