Raffaele Borea Ricci d'Olmo was an Italian naval officer with the rank of Counter Admiral (Contrammiraglio). He was the first Italian governor of Tripolitania (actually only the city of Tripoli), and ruled it for a few days in October 1911, during the first days of the Italian invasion of the colony.
