Season chronology

The first season of the American animated television series Randy Cunningham: 9th Grade Ninja aired from August 13, 2012 to February 8, 2014 and consisted of 52 episodes. The series follows series protagonist Randy Cunningham (voiced by Ben Schwartz) a ninth-grader who is chosen to become the next ninja. The show also features the voices of Andrew Caldwell as Randy's best friend Howard Weinerman, Dave Wittenberg as school bully Bashford "Bash" Johnson, Megan Mullally as Randy's science teacher Marlene Driscoll, John Oliver as gym teacher Coach Green, and villains The Sorcerer, Hannibal McFist and Willem Viceroy III are voiced by Tim Curry, John DiMaggio and Kevin Michael Richardson, respectively.

The series was created by Jed Elinoff and Scott Thomas and the series is produced by Titmouse, Inc. and Boulder Media Limited. Also, the creator of Nickelodeon's Invader Zim, Jhonen Vasquez supplied many of the character designs.
