Ray Adams
Ray Adams represented News Corp-controlled satcaster BSkyB, and was a board member of European anti-piracy organisation AEPOC.
On release and publication some of the emails sent between NDS head of security Ray Adams and Lee Gibling, the missing founder of the now closed pirate site (now in Turkey), Thoic.com (The House Of Ill Compute), revealed NDS paid thousands of pounds into Gibling's personal bank account. He said he had been unaware Thoic was publishing ITV Digital's codes.
Concerning the Stephen Lawrence murder, the claims centre on former Met commander Ray Adams, who was a senior officer in the south London area where Stephen was murdered, and former detective sergeant John Davidson, who was a senior detective on the first, flawed investigation into the racist killing.
