Raymond Karl Harmer MHK is a Member of the House of Keys for Peel constituency in the Isle of Man, and Minister for Department of Health and Social Care.^[1]

In 2015, he was elected as an independent candidate for Peel and was sworn-in after winning a by-election.

He is the Minister of Health and Social Care from 2015.
