Reed Alexander is an American actor and healthy-living advocate from Boca Raton, Florida.[3] He's best known for his role as Nevel Papperman on Nickelodeon's iCarly.[1][4] He also appeared in Nickelodeon's Sam & Cat in episode #SuperPsycho as Nevel Papperman. A food blog begun in 2009 turned into a second career as a spokesman for healthy eating habits.[1][4]

He appeared in Will & Grace for which he was nominated for Young Artist Award for Best Performance in a Television Series (Comedy) – Guest Starring Actor.[5] He was also in 2009's direct-to-video telefilm Ace Ventura, Jr.: Pet Detective.[6]

Alexander has been a spokesperson for the American Heart Association and Clinton Foundation's anti-obesity program called Alliance for a Healthier Generation, and has been involved in promoting Michelle Obama's Let's Move! initiative,[7] and has been credited with being able to get healthy eating messages to young audiences.[8] He has published website on healthy eating geared towards young people and a book, KewlBites: 100 Nutritious, Delicious, and Family-Friendly Dishes (2013).[9]
