Renick Bell
Renick Bell is a musician based in Tokyo, who makes algorithmic music somewhere between Footwork and Techno[1] using his own Haskell based live coding environment Conductive.[2][3] His five-track EP Empty Lake has been released on record label UIQ, with a live coding stream in place of a music video.[4] Renick is a leading figure in the Algorave movement,[5][6] promoting Algorave tours in Japan in 2015 and 2016,[7] and performing across Japan, Europe and the US.[8] He has forthcoming releases on Halcyon Veil and Beatgatherers.[2][9]
