Rhacophorus duboisi is a species of frog in the Rhacophoridae family found in China and Vietnam. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marshes, and heavily degraded former forests. It is threatened by habitat loss.
