Ricardo Concepcion Puno, Sr. (born 4 January 1923 in Guagua, Pampanga, Philippines) is a Filipino lawyer and founder of Puno & Puno Law Offices. Puno is married by Priscilla Villanueva-Puno; they have twelve children.
