Richard C. Lamb was an American politician who served as the twenty ninth Mayor of North Adams, Massachusetts.
Election as Mayor
In 1977 Lamb, who was 28 years old, was elected mayor over Louis R. Sinclitico. On election day, November 8, 1977, Lamb received fifty seven percent of the vote against Sinclitico who received forty two percent.[1]
