Richard Lee Fale[1] (born March 27, 1981 in Provo, Utah) is an American politician and a Republican member of the Hawaii House of Representatives since January 16, 2013 representing District 47.[2]

Fale earned his BAs at Windward Community College and Brigham Young University–Hawaii.
