Rivermount College
Rivermount College is a non-denominational, co-educational Christian College situated in Yatala, Queensland, Australia. The school serves students from Prep through to Year 12. Since its first year Rivermount College has expanded with not only extra staff, equipment and buildings but a diversity of cultures are included in the student population.
Situated on 32 hectares nestled alongside the Albert River at Yatala, the carefully planned Prep to Year 12 campus provides a beautiful and tranquil environment in which students enjoy their academic and recreational pursuits. The College is conveniently located in the Brisbane - Gold Coast corridor and is easily accessible by car as well as being serviced by bus and train services.
Established in 1992, the College has developed a well-respected reputation for providing students with an enriched learning environment and a holistic education. The mission of the College is to nurture the academic, social, physical and spiritual development of our students.
College motto
Rivermount’s crest was carefully chosen to reflect the nature and character of the College, and portrays the values and ideals which every Rivermount College student is encouraged to uphold.
The name Rivermount, with the native trees and water, represents our fragile environment which we must preserve.
The College motto of Perseverance, Integrity and Excellence, is fostered in all students, so that they will learn to persist despite difficulties, to be honest and upright in all circumstances, and to desire excellence in whatever is attempted, being proud of their efforts.
The College colours are Blue which signifies the big blue ocean, Green representing grass and trees and Gold representing a nurturing sun.

- Taylor (Green)
- Magee (gold)
