History
1947 - Riverside is established as a highly skilled tool and die operation supplying the automotive industry.[1]
1970s - Riverside expands into manufacturing military products.
1992 - Riverside is purchased by Harold R. Barr.
2002 - Riverside is purchased by Fred Merritt.[2]
2007 - Riverside purchases Transportation Systems Technologies (TST) in Indianapolis, IN [3]
2012 - Riverside purchases Visionmark, Inc in Sidney, OH

Corporate Office/Manufacturing Plant - Located in Fort Wayne, IN. The corporate office building has the manufacturing plant attached to the back of it. Within the manufacturing plant, Riverside manufactures wiring harness, cables, panels, switches, military electronics, etc.

Electronics Manufacturing Building - Located in Fort Wayne, IN. The electronics manufacturing building houses Riverside's pcb assembly and the manufacturing of all of the electronics that are not manufactured in Riverside's primary manufacturing plant.
