"Rock 'n' Roll Kenchōshozaichi (Oboechaina Series)" (ロックンロール県庁所在地 ~おぼえちゃいなシリーズ~) is the eighth single of the Morning Musume subgroup Minimoni and their first single with Ai Takahashi as a member of the group. It was released on April 9, 2003 and sold 58,084 copies, reaching number seven on the Oricon Charts.
The title song's author, Chisato Moritaka, originally released it as an album track in 1992. Because the song lists Japan's prefectural capitals, the Minimoni version was updated to accommodate Urawa's merge into Saitama.
