Roman Catholic Diocese of Gallipoli

The Diocese of Gallipoli (Latin: Dioecesis Gallipolitanus) was a Roman Catholic ecclesiastical territory in the province of Apulia in southern Italy. It was erected in the 6th century.[1][2][3] On September 30, 1986, it was suppressed into the Diocese of Nardò-Gallipoli.[1]
