Ron Finley is a former American football coach. He served as the head football coach at Kentucky's Campbellsville University from 1988 to 2002, compiling a record of 80–79–1.

Finley was the first head football coach for the Campbellsville Tigers located in Campbellsville, Kentucky and he held that position for 15 seasons, from 1988 until 2002.
