Rosa Olga Sansom (née Jensen), was a notable New Zealand teacher, museum director, botanist, broadcaster and writer. She was born in Stewart Island, Southland, New Zealand in 1900.[1]
Sansom was awarded the Queen's Service Medal for Community Service in 1979.
