Roscoe Wayne Scott was an American football coach in the United States.[1]

Coaching career

Scott was the head college football coach for the Carthage Red Men located in Kenosha, Wisconsin. He held that position for 3 seasons, from 1947 until 1949.[2] His coaching record at Carthage was 11 wins, 12 losses and 2 ties. As of the conclusion of the 2012 season, this ranks him #8 at Carthage in total wins and #11 at the school in winning percentage (.480).[3][4]

While at Carthage, he also coached track & field.[5]
