Roy T. Davis

Roy Tasco Davis (1889 - 1975) was an American diplomat who served as ambassador to Costa Rica, Haiti, Panama.[1]

Born in Ewing, June 4, 1889. Davis received his education form public schools of Missouri, and Brown University from which he graduated in 1910.[2]

From 1922 - 1930, he was ambassador to Costa Rica. He later served as ambassador to Haiti under the reign of Dwight D. Eisenhower.[3]
