Ruiyueqin UAV
Ruiyueqin UAVs are Chinese UAVs developed by Beijing China Ruiyueqin Technology Co., Ltd. (Ruiyueqin, 北京瑞悦钦科技), and most of its products are unmanned helicopters utilizing commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) subsystems such as airframes with flight control systems indigenously developed by Ruiyueqin itself.
503-260G
503-260G is a gasoline-powered unmanned helicopter of conventional helicopter layout, it utilizes COTS airframe JR PROPO GSR260Z as airframe, with indigenously developed flight control system specifically tailored for power line inspection patrol. Other application resulted in derivatives such as 503-260GS. Specification:[1]
- Length: 1.75 m
- Width: 0.38 m
- Height: 0.7 m
- Main rotor diameter: 1.8 m
- Tail rotor diameter: 0.3 m
- Weight: 11.5 kg
- Endurance: 45 min
- Max wind speed allowed for operation: 8 m/s
503-260E
503-260E is the electrically powered version of the 503-260 series unmanned helicopter. The general characteristics of 503-260E is generally same as that of gasoline-powered 503-260G. Along with its gasoline-powered cousine, 503-260E has been evaluated for potential applications for power line aerial inspection patrol.[2]
503-520G
503-520G is an unmanned helicopter powered by twin cylinder gasoline-powered engine. 502-520G has a conventional helicopter layout with landing gear system consisted of a pair of skids. 503-520G has been deployed in agricultural missions such as crop dusting. Specification:[3]
- Payload: 8 kg
- Endurance: 1 h
503-800G
503-800G is an unmanned helicopter in conventional helicopter layout and it is powered by gasoline engine. Landing gear system consists of a pair of skids. As with most other unmanned helicopter developed by Ruiyueqin, 503-800G is also based on COTS with indigenously developed flight control systems. In the case of 503-800G, the airframe is Copterworks AF25. Specification:[4]
- Max takeoff weight: 32.23 kg
- Empty weight: 16.12 kg
- Fuel: 4 l
- Main rotor diameter: 2.146 m
- Tail rotor diameter: 0.403 m
- Endurance: 1 h
- Max wind speed allowed for operation: 8 m/s
503G
503G is the latest unmanned helicopter developed by Ruiyueqin, and it is intended to succeed most Ruiyueqin unmanned helicopter previously developed. 503G is an unmanned helicopter in conventional helicopter layout with a pair of skids as landing gear.[5]
505-420E6
505-420E6 is a multirotor developed by Ruiyueqin, and it is an unmanned hexacopter with a pair of skids as landing gear. Each rotor has a two-blade rotary wing. 505-420E6 has been deployed by People's Armed Police (PAP) in disaster relief efforts in 2013 Dingxi earthquakes.[6]
505-420E8
505-420E8 is a multirotor developed by Ruiyueqin, and it is an unmanned octocopter with a pair of skids as landing gear. Each rotor has a two-blade rotary wing. 505-420E8 has been deployed to perform aerial inspection patrols for power lines.[7]
505E Hexacopter
505E Hexacopter is a multirotor currently under development by Ruiyueqin, and it is one of the two 505E projects Ruiyueqin undertakes in attempt to break into the multirotor market in China, the other being 505E Octocopter. It is also intended to replace Ruiyueqin hexacopter previously marketed. 505E Hexacopter is in the typical hexacopter layout and it is the smaller cousin of the larger 505E Octocopter that is also developed by Ruiyueqin.[8]
505E Octocopter
505E Octocopter is a multirotor currently under development by Ruiyueqin, and it is one of the two 505E projects Ruiyueqin undertakes in attempt to break into the multirotor market in China, the other being 505E Hexacopter. It is also intended to replace Ruiyueqin octocopter previously marketed. 505E Octocopter is the larger cousin of the smaller 505E hexacopter. 505E Octocopter has a rather rare look in comparison to other Chinese octocopters: instead of having eight equal length arms extended from center and positioned to form an invisible circle like most Chinese octocopters, the eight arms of CK-GY02 forms a number sign (#) instead, with two pairs of arms crossing each other perpendicularly. The fuselage is only attached to one pair of arms.[9]
507-230E
507-230E is a very little known fixed-wing UAV currently under development by Ruiyueqin. The existence of 507-230E was revealed to the public when it was briefly shown on the old Ruiyueqin website but has subsequently removed along with most other Ruiyueqin UAVs when the website was updated. Not much information has been released about this mysterious fixed-wing UAV of Ruiyueqin even when its existence was briefly revealed, and for the very little information that did briefly appeared, 507-230E UAV is electrically powered, hence the complete name 507-230E Electrically Powered Fixed-Wing UAV (Dian-Dong Gu-Ding-Yi Wu-Ren-Ji, 电动固定翼无人机). 507-230E is intended to supplement unmanned helicopters in aerial inspection patrol of power lines.
507E
507E electrically powered UAV is a fixed wing that resembles a scaled down version of Northrop X-4 Bantam without the inlets because instead of jet engines used on X-4, 507E is powered by a propeller driven pusher engine mounted at the empennage. 507E is the smaller cousin of the larger 507G, both of which are part of the 507 projects Ruiyueqin undertakes in attempt to break into the fixed wing UAV market in China.[10]
507G
507G gasoline powered UAV is a fixed wing that is an enlarged version of 507E mentioned earlier, and like 507E, 507G is also powered by a propeller driven pusher engine mounted at the empennage. 507G is the larger cousin of the smaller 507E, both of which are part of the 507 projects Ruiyueqin undertakes in attempt to break into the fixed wing UAV market in China.[11]
