Rush and Lusk railway station (Irish: Stáisiún Ros Eó agus Lusca) serves the towns of Rush and Lusk in County Dublin, Ireland.
For the month of December there will be late night transport going Rush and Lusk station.[1]
History
The station opened on 25 May 1844.[2] The station was also featured in one scene in the biopic, Michael Collins.
The station was the scene of a crash in 1963 of the Enterprise, from which 200 people were able to walk away with only minor injuries.
The station has two platforms, platform 1 runs north to Drogheda/Dundlalk,while platform 2 runs south to Dublin Pearse. The station has yellow lines and is situated on the Dublin - Belfast railway line. It also has a 19th-century design.
