Rwanda National Congress

The Rwanda National Congress is a political group established in the United States on 12 December 2010[1] that represents the exiled opposition to the government of Rwandan President Paul Kagame. Prominent members include Dr. Theogene Rudasingwa, Gen. Kayumba Nyamwasa, Gerald Gahima, and, until his murder in early 2014, Patrick Karegeya.[2]
